Built to hold a group without crowding it

The villa complex at Baan Banyan comprises three main buildings, all connected by walkways. It has been built to accommodate families or groups, and so there are four master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The large villa can comfortably entertain groups of up to 12 people easily, and still not feel crowded.

Extensive use of natural materials runs throughout, including stone, rich wooden floors and ceiling beams, with the air-conditioning hidden away. A welcoming reception opens with a waterfall and a feature rock wall.

The bedrooms

Four master suites, two guest rooms

The four master suites all contain king-size beds and large private ensuite bathrooms, with either jacuzzis or large bathtubs and rainfall showers. The design is simple and makes the most of natural materials, with beautiful hardwood timber accented by soft white cotton bedding.

Bedrooms open onto their own private terrace with magnificent views over the ocean. The wooden shutters can be closed for privacy, or left open so that you fall asleep to the sound of the ocean below.

The two extra guestrooms in the main building add versatility. Although smaller than the master suites, they can be configured in either king or twin-bed setup and are perfect for additional guests or kids. Each still has an ensuite bathroom and ocean views.
