Nestled in the tree-tops on a hillside of Kamala Bay, you will find the exceptional six bedroom Baan Banyan Villa. The contemporary, luxury villa blends perfectly with the unspoilt natural surrounds of the tropical jungle that grows thick and wild on the headland.

Perched up high, the uninterrupted views from the villa are simply stunning as it looks out over the secluded bay below. The villa complex comprises three main buildings, all of which are connected by walkways, with four master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

Built onto a promontory on the west coast of Phuket, the villa is afforded some of the most stunning sunsets that Thailand has to offer. No matter where you are within the villa you will always have breathtaking views of the ocean.

The pool

Swimming with a million dollar view

The 18 metre long infinity-edge pool blends seamlessly with the natural surrounds. High in the tree-tops and surrounded by jungle, it gives you privacy and seclusion while keeping an unobstructed view of the Andaman. It is delightfully perched onto the cliff-face, so you are always swimming with a view.

The living areas

Two levels, both facing the ocean

The upper level of the main building holds the showcase kitchen and the dining room, with a casual living room and an expansive wrap around deck. Dine alfresco or close the room up and air-condition it. Outside is a Thai sala, perfect for dinner, drinks, or simply taking a moment.

Downstairs the focus turns to relaxation. The large family room opens straight onto the pool deck, which is where most guests end up spending their time.

A quiet stretch of headland known as the Millionaires Mile

Baan Banyan sits on a quiet stretch of headland between Kamala Bay and Patong Beach, on what has become known locally as the Millionaires Mile for the luxury villas crafted along it. Surrounded by ocean and jungle you are completely away from the noise, and everything is still only a short drive.
