  • An additional tax of 18.7% will be applied.
  • Refundable security bond of $2,000 per booking, less any damages.
  • The first morning guest breakfast, round trip airport transfers and a welcome drink are included.
  • All other meals, food and beverages are charged at grocery cost price plus 20%. Additional transfers, if required, are at guest cost.
  • Baan Banyan is a non-smoking villa and has a strict no drugs policy.
  • Guests who are not on the rental agreement must first obtain the owner's permission to stay.
